All cancellations must be made no less than 12 hours in advance. If you must cancel in less than 12 hours of scheduled appointment time, a charge of 50% of your service will be billed to your card. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to rescheduled and a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
